R&D
Our research activity is organised into a central R&D department which is again divided into four sections. The company holds weekly meetings with all sections when the different projects are coordinated. Inter-disciplinary meetings are held on a monthly basis when information is exchanged between the researchers concerning the different projects and the progress made.

The first three sections mentioned are headed by leading researchers at the University of Oslo. For practical reasons The Technology and Engineering Development Section is divided between Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, USA and Forskningsparken, Oslo.
